#Day179: 28 June 2016, Tuesday
REORGANIZATION - A CHANGE
Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope"
The only thing that stays constant is a change.
Reorganization is the act of reorganizing. With a clear intention of making a situation or an organization towards a better state.
It is a change, it is something that is constant, a change for a better (at least the intention). I am again accommodating a new change in the organization. Something that is needed for the better of the organization as well as the people in it.
It is understood that sometimes we do not like change. Kubler-Ross stages of grief explains to us about how some of us tend to walk through these stages when we are facing a change, a reorganization. They are
- Denial (avoidance, fear, confusion)
- Anger (frustration, iritarion, anxiety)
- Depression (helplessness, fight, hostility)
- Bargaining (finding meaning, reaching to others)
- Acceptance (exploring options, moving on)
Only when we reach the level of acceptance then we are able to better uplift our view, our added values.
