#Day157: 6 June 2016, Monday

FAVOR

Psalm 90:17 Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!

Passport renewal, a common thing, a regular task in our lives. But when we live in Kuala Lumpur, that may bring some desperation or at least a concern, taking into considering the numbers of area of improvement that we can easily see. From the frustrating process, limited quantity of passport handling vs the huge amount of demand as well as the slowness of the service.

Though I strongly believe the Embassy is working very hard and giving their best effort with their limitation, still, the thought of visiting the embassy always tickles our concerning mind.

And, we need to renew Constance passport!

Thank God at the highest place. I found out that my wife primary school friend somehow able to help us with his connection to someone at the embassy. It's God's favor, she said. And the process is smoothen and relaxed.

What I learn from this is:
  • God's favor come at the right unexpected time
  • Be always grateful in every circumstances
  • Less complain, more obidience - thats when we can see more of God's work
  • Think positive even when everyone said it will be bad - do your best let God do the rest

Apart from that I also learn that
  • Networking is very important
Indeed, we experienced God's favor. The process of renewal went smooth and Elsye's just need to come back on Thursday to pick the new passport.

What a day full of blessing.
His Favor and His Grace last a life time!

Matthew 6:31-33 Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
