#Day 120: 29 April 2016, Friday

THE PLAN

Jeremiah 29:11 ESV - For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

A lot of things in my mind after the resignation of my team member and also some that shows interest to other opening positions within the organization.

Don't get me wrong, I am happy for them that able to decide on their career growth and as always, I will give full support in achieving their desire to grow.

At the same time, I now, need to plan for the next steps. Putting my thinking hats and plan for the best way to move forward, managing stakeholders and ensuring business continuity.

After working on the plan, I realized, there is no one fits all kinda plan. Each of the plan seems having drawbacks as well as benefits. And I need to find a sounding board to pick the potential best approach for this transition or change.

As a firm believer of a change, I know this is something that we need to go through, that the team need to walk through, for the better, for the future.

This also makes me realized how great is our God. As stated in Jeremiah 29:11 ESV, He knows and He declares that His plan for us is a plan that gives us future and hope.

Just like His plan for Abraham, for Joseph, for David, for Jesus Himself.

I pray and surrendering my plans for the team. I pray and hope that it will bring future and hope to the team. For the better, not only for the team, but for the organization.

Proverbs 16:3-4 ESV - Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established. The Lord has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of trouble.

Another day full of blessing. Bless and correct my plans oh Lord.
