10 MINUTES

1 Thessalonians 5:11 ESV - Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

Time flies, its been a year since I am taking up my new role.

My team and I had a team building event. We went to Janda Baik at Bentong. Credit to the team, the rented place really allowed us to relax, bonding and have a lot of fun (at least I did).

I took the opportunity and asked for 10 minutes for my personal sharing, being 1 year as part of the team.

I shared about what was my perception about the team when I was the customer, how it was partially correct and how a lot of it were adjusted after I experienced it myself and what I expected from the team.

I was expecting a normal response and it will end for less than 10 minutes. But I was wrong.

The team opening up. It ended around 70 minutes later. We aligned, we encourage, we expressed our appreciation and challenges. We speak and discuss as a team.

I was estatic with what had happened. It is beyond my expectation.

I guess it is true. That all we need to do is to give our best and then, let God surprises us. I believe there was work of God that night.

10 minutes became 70 minutes conversation.

As I prayed, I really wish we continue to work as a team, I wish each one of us come together, building each other, moving toward a great Human Relations building.

1 Corinthians 14:26 ESV - What then, brothers? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for building up
